We appreciate and thank you for visiting our Estate. In the recent weeks, the number of visitors has been more impressive than ever. We have sold over 40 apartments out of 77 overall in the building no.20. In spite of that, there are still some very attractive apartments left to sell – still, there are not many of them. Filling in the gap that we created while selling almost the whole of the apartments in the building no.20, we have decided to finish the works on the next building, known as ZZA (Zespół Zabudowy A) or The A Building Complex, before the deadline.We invite you all to come and see our Estate with your own eyes and get assured that our apartments are truly outstanding in every possible way, and the commonly known rule of “cheap materials” or “cheap building” in general, does NOT apply to us.

Our Customer Service Bureau (located at 20 Bunsch Str., Cracow, next to the construction site) is open from 10am to 5pm each day. We are willing to answer any of the questions you may be having about our Estate, and we do allow to visit the buildings in person. We offer one-, two-, three-, four- and five-room apartments, either with balconys or terraces, or in the case of the ground floor, with outdoor gardens.

The standard of the completion works of the apartments and the whole complex is published on the website, and also available at the Customer Service Bureau. Our apartments are exceptional in every possible sense; quality, functionality, usefulness and finance.About the works on the Estate, either finished or in-the-process:

We have finished working on the B and A Complex. Right now we are selling the apartments and settling the new denizens in. The building functions without a problem under our scrutiny. We are both in charge and the administrators of the whole of it.
