Our Estate is supposed to be formed out of a couple of multi-family buildings, up to five ground condignations with cellars and underground garages. Overall, we plan to build about 450 apartments. The Estate’s construction is being realised step by step. We have already finished building the B Complex with 77 apartments. Currently, we are working on the A Complex, which is going to include 59 apartments.

In regard to our Clients’ demands, the apartments have been designed and are being built with special care for functionality and quality. There is obviously a possibility of altering an apartment’s primal arrangement. Our employees are ready to answer any questions you may have in terms of the apartments’ spatial development; we are also willing to provide financial assistance where the apartments’ purchase and compulsory insurance policies are concerned.

Built for you only, The Green Glade Estate has been designed in a very interesting way, from an architectural point of view. The project of the supposed green area completes the Estate’s overview and creates optimal conditions for spending your free time.
