All matters not requiring fixing an appointment can be dealt with on the phone, from Monday until Saturday, and obviously, by e-mail.
 
We are open to all kinds of suggestions from the residents that would enable us to improve the quality of living at our Estate. The mailbox for correspondence with the Administrator and the real estate agent is located next to the window in the main lodge.

The company has been continuing the work of MODOM Inc., which had revolved around sale and rental of immovables since 2004 and general construction service since 1995. We have huge experience in administering buildings and supervising construction investments; we also cooperate with many professional partners, who posess exceptionally high qualifications.
